Volunteer Coordination System: FB group, and mass emails. Texting via phone numbers is not a workable option (costs to much money or requires using someones personal number and is hard to enter all the numbers

Document Sharing Platform: type.ai allows editing via web browser with AI assistance. Allows creating a sharable read only link to every document (makes it easy to share with anyone) Editing can be done anywhere by anyone who has credentials to login. The issue is that we have hit the limit on using AI on the account. They want $12/month but have to pay for a year. $120 Currently there is really no other online word editor that uses AI support (and the AI really saves a LOT of time) and allows us to easy edit and share the documents we make.
